The Brighter Vision Fall Into Cash Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Ignite Visibility, 4370 La Jolla Village Dr, Suite 320, San Diego, CA 92122, doing business as Brighter Vision (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes is administered by Sponsor. These Official Rules govern only the Brighter Vision Sweepstakes and do not govern any separate Rallio promotion.
The Sweepstakes is open to individuals, located in the United States, subject to the following age and authority requirements: entrants must be at least 18 years old. The entrant and prize recipient will be the individual. Eligibility must be satisfied at entry and verified before award.
Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, the administrator, and their respective affiliates and agencies involved in the Sweepstakes, and their immediate family members (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their respective spouses) and household members, are not eligible. Both eligible current Brighter Vision customers and eligible non-customers may enter. Customer status determines the applicable prize benefit under Section 5 and does not increase the odds of winning.
The entry period begins on September 10, 2026 at 11:00 a.m. and ends on October 7, 2026 at 11:00 a.m., Pacific Time (the “Entry Period”). All entries must be received during the Entry Period. The administrator’s designated entry system is the official timekeeping device.

Provide your first name, last name, email address, phone number, and practice name. An eligible registration generates an entry when the registrant submits the required information and clicks “Register.”
Registration alone is sufficient to enter. No attendance, sales meeting, paid event access, or purchase is required to enter or win.
Limit four entries per person during the Entry Period, regardless of entry method. Registering for multiple sessions generates one entry for each of the four different qualifying webinars, up to four entries total; duplicate registrations for the same webinar do not generate additional entries. Automated entries and attempts to circumvent entry limits through multiple identities or accounts are prohibited. Incomplete, ineligible, late, or fraudulent entries will not be included. No entrant will be required to purchase a Brighter Vision service to enter or receive the applicable prize.
One prize for one winner will be awarded. Each winner receives only the benefit below corresponding to the winner’s Brighter Vision customer status as of October 9, 2026. The benefits are alternatives, not cumulative.
Non-customer or former customer. Six consecutive months of the Brighter Vision Grow package, with setup and onboarding fees waived. Stated approximate retail value (“ARV”): $1,174. Included services and exclusions: a website built by a professional design team, unlimited technical support, one custom domain name, website hosting, SSL security, a pre-written content library, a content generator tool, ready-to-use forms, four email addresses, and the Rallio social media tool. There are no excluded costs or additional fees. The stated ARV includes setup and onboarding fees.
Current Start customer. Six consecutive months of the full Grow subscription at no charge. The winner will not pay Start or Grow subscription fees during the six-month prize period. Stated ARV: $1,074.
Current Grow, Flourish, Thrive, or Prosper customer. A $1,000 Brighter Vision account credit. The credit may be applied to future recurring fees or add-ons with Brighter Vision, but not existing balances; it expires one year after issuance and any unused credit is forfeited if the customer cancels service.
The service benefit covers one location and one user. The maximum aggregate ARV of all prizes in this Sweepstakes is $1,174. All values are stated in US dollars. No cash payment is due for any difference between stated and actual value.
On October 9, 2026, Laura Goloy, on behalf of Sponsor, will randomly select the potential winner from all eligible entries received during the Entry Period, using a random-selection formula in an Excel spreadsheet containing all eligible entries. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received and the number of prizes awarded. The drawing will not favor any customer tier or entry method.
Sponsor will notify each potential winner at the email address provided with the entry within seven days after the drawing. The potential winner must respond within seven days after notification and provide reasonably necessary eligibility, authority, and applicable tax documentation within 14 days after notification. No payment is required to claim the prize. A potential winner is not a confirmed winner until eligibility is verified.
If a potential winner is ineligible, declines the prize, cannot be contacted because the notification is undeliverable, or does not respond or provide required documentation within the stated period, Sponsor may select an alternate at random from the remaining eligible entries. Sponsor will use the same process for alternates and will award the announced prize unless prohibited by law or no eligible entrant accepts it.
The winner must activate the prize within 30 days after returning the required documents, subject to timely acceptance and verification of eligibility. Service begins, and account credits are applied within 30 days after issuance. The winner must cooperate with reasonable onboarding requirements disclosed here: new or former customers must coordinate with the Customer Success Team at [email protected] to create an account, complete the website design intake and Rallio account setup provided by that team, and place a card on file. No charge will be made for the complimentary six-month benefit, and placing a card on file does not authorize paid continuation. Before any paid continuation, Brighter Vision will disclose the amount and billing date and obtain the winner’s affirmative agreement. For an existing Start customer, the Customer Success Team will notify the winner of Rallio enablement in the winner’s website account and the complimentary Grow benefit described in Section 5. For an existing Grow, Flourish, Thrive, or Prosper customer, the Customer Success Team will notify the winner when the $1,000 credit has been added to the account.
Use of the service is subject to https://www.brightervision.com/tos/, provided to the winner before activation. Those service terms do not reduce the complimentary benefit described in these Official Rules. Any optional paid add-on requires the winner’s separate authorization. Post-prize service and existing-customer billing will be handled as follows: for new or former customers receiving the non-customer prize, the complimentary service ends at the end of the six-month benefit period, with no automatic paid conversion. Brighter Vision will attempt to contact the winner at the provided email address about continuing service at the then-current retail rate, and the winner must affirmatively agree to continue paid service. Existing Start customers return to their pre-prize service level after the six-month Grow benefit ends, and account-credit recipients continue at their pre-prize service level when the credit is used up. Existing-customer charges thereafter are governed by their existing service agreement.
The prize is nontransferable and is not redeemable for cash. No substitution is permitted at the winner’s request. If an advertised benefit becomes unavailable for reasons outside Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor may substitute a prize of equal or greater value, subject to applicable law. The winner is responsible for taxes legally imposed on the winner; Sponsor will perform any reporting or withholding required by law.
Entry information will be used to administer the Sweepstakes, verify eligibility, contact winners, and fulfill prizes in accordance with https://brightervision.com/privacy. Sweepstakes registrations will not be shared with Rallio or other promotional partners. The registration process collects permissions for email and telephone communications, but not text messages. Consent to marketing emails or calls is optional, separate from entry, and not required to enter or win; it does not improve the odds of winning.
By entering, each entrant agrees to these Official Rules. Sponsor may disqualify an entrant for fraud, tampering, or a material violation of these Official Rules, based on a reasonable determination. Sponsor’s administrative decisions are final to the extent permitted by law and must be consistent with these Official Rules. Nothing here limits any nonwaivable legal right.
If fraud, technical failure, or another event outside Sponsor’s reasonable control materially compromises the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may suspend, modify, or terminate it only to the extent permitted by applicable law. Sponsor will provide notice at https://grow.brightervision.com/ficgiveaway2026 and, where lawful and practicable, award the announced prize through a random drawing from eligible unaffected entries received before the disruption. Sponsor will not retroactively reduce an earned entry’s chance of winning or the advertised prize benefit.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sponsor and the administrator are not responsible for entry or notification failures caused by an entrant’s inaccurate information, unauthorized interference, or network failures outside their reasonable control. This provision does not excuse their failure to award the prize as required by these Official Rules or exclude liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
The Sweepstakes is governed by the laws of California, without displacing mandatory protections applicable to an entrant. Any permitted court proceeding concerning the Sweepstakes will be brought in the state or federal courts located in San Diego County, California, subject to any nonwaivable jurisdiction or venue rights.
